How our Managed Payroll Services works
EGS provides easy-to-use, integrated payroll software with rich functionality, supported by flexible services to suit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Setup
You’ll be provided with a fully developed cloud-based system, setup to your requirements.
Step 2: Data input
You’ll have full access to input data on our software and perform the day-to-day running of your payroll.
Step 3: Validate and process
You validate, preview and commit your payroll, whilst the solution processes the payroll.
Step 4: Payment
EGS will issue BACs payment instructions for employee net payments, HMRC and third parties if opted for.
Step 5: HMRC submission
EGS will produce and submit Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS) to HMRC.
Step 6: Reporting
You are provided with final payroll reports and access to a comprehensive report writer.
Step 7: Payslips
EGS will provide your employees with an e-payslip. These will be available within your cloud-based software.
Step 8: Statutory documentation
EGS will produce P45’s for your employees and you can produce SSP1, SMP1, OSPP1 and SAP1.
Step 9: End of Year
We complete Full Payment Submission and Employer Payment Summary to HMRC, produce e-P60s/draft P11Ds.
